INFORMATION CLAUSE

DATA PROTECTION:

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L. 2016.119.1), hereinafter RODO, we inform you that:

2 | Personal data collected by INEE Industry Sp. z o.o. are used to perform the concluded contracts, to take action before the conclusion of the contract, to offer services and products, to maintain contact with contractors;

3) The legal basis for data processing is:

necessity to perform the contract or to take steps at your request prior to concluding the contract
the need to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
necessity for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

4 | Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide them may result in refusal to conclude a contract or in inability to contact;

5 | Recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain them in connection with the implementation of contracts (entities providing, inter alia, payment services, courier, legal assistance, tax, accounting). Personal data may be disclosed to other entities if the disclosure is necessary for legal reasons;

6 | Data will not be transferred to third countries;

7 | We do not use automated decision-making systems;

8 | Personal data is stored for the period resulting from the purpose for which it was collected, for the duration of the contract, in accordance with legal provisions that may oblige us to process data for a certain period, and for the period necessary to defend our interests;

9 | All persons whose personal data are processed by INEE Industry Sp. z o.o. have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit the processing, object and transfer the data. For this purpose, you can contact us by telephone, postal address or e-mail address.

10 | If your personal data are processed contrary to the GDPR Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection (General Inspector for Personal Data Protection).
