Our company INEE Industry sp. z o.o. has designed from scratch and also implemented a control system for an eccentric press with manual workpiece feeding and automatic work cycle. What type of press is this?

Distinguished by one – important characteristic. Namely, the workpiece to be processed is inserted into the press by the operator, who then initiates the working cycle – thanks to the appropriate control of the cycle by the cam system, it is possible to safely remove the workpiece during the return movement of the punch.

The PLC control program offered by our company makes it possible to take care of the workpiece control, the press lubrication cycles, the selection of the working mode and other elements that are necessary for the proper operation of the system. The comfort of work is increased through the use of touch-screen HMI panels and clear visualization, with elements and selection options tailored to your needs and requirements.

Each safety-related control function is implemented on a programmable safety module Plis Multi PNOZ m2p ETH or Siemens Simatic S7 Fail-Safe, which we also use during the adaptation work to the results from machine safety audits.

Technical specification with scope of implementation

  • prefabrication of the control cabinet;
  • installation of a Siemens S7 300 or S7 1500 series PLC;
  • major safety components – curtains, cams dedicated to press control and two-hand control panels;

  • commissioning of the new control system;
  • execution of dedicated software;
  • validation tests.

There is also the possibility of performing various modifications, such as:

  • modification of control based on Siemens S7-1500 Safety controller with the use of functions: “Safety PRESS” certified by TUV;
  • adaptation of control equipment and algorithm to a particular type of press – depending on its equipment.
